Groups, Classes and Workshops

The Men’s Group:

The Men’s Group meets for discussion, camaraderie, and breakfast at 9:30 PM on the first Thursday of each month at the Egg and I restaurant on Highlands Ranch Parkway in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Yoga with Ellyn:

At approximately 11: 45 a.m. on the fourth Sunday of each month, Ellyn Lyman enthusiastically leads a yoga class for all ages that is both beneficial and fun!  Ellyn has been teaching yoga for more than thirty years, and she is very talented at gearing each class to the level and needs of the participants.  Even if you have never tried yoga, you will find that you can follow along because Ellyn makes it easy.  There is no fee for the class; love offerings are gratefully accepted, however.

The Women’s Group:

The Women’s Group meets the second Monday of each month at 11:00 a.m. in the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of the home of that month’s hostess.  (Hostess duties are shared on a rotating basis.)  Participants are encouraged to bring a bag lunch. Meetings usually begin with a guided meditation followed by an interesting

- and often profound - discussion over lunch.

Theodora House:

On the second Saturday of each month, High Country Unity Church provides and serves a home-cooked dinner to the residents of Theodora House, a shelter for homeless women run by the Volunteers of America.  Our church has been dedicated to this community outreach service for nearly fifteen years, and the residents of Theodora House have a special place in our hearts.  

A Course in Miracles Discussion Group:

Meeting at 7 PM on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at the Highlands Ranch Library
